- Establishes a framework for setting and reviewing quality management system objectives;
- Is communicated regularly within management and understood throughout the organization; and
- Is reviewed periodically to ensure its continued suitability.
The ISO Team is responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System Policy (QMS) is reviewed as part of the Management Review Process.
